We always try our best to match photos as closely as possible, but sometimes supplies run low, making it difficult to match the original design. Still, we always make sure to maintain the overall value of the order. In the case of your husband's order, we added more of all the other flowers, except lilies. When he made comments about the arrangement, we explained the value of the flowers in the current arrangement, and also told him that if he wanted more lilies, we'd be happy to redo the arrangement and have more lilies over the other flowers. However, he said no to our offered solution and left the shop. Customer satisfaction is truly important to us as we take pride in providing only top-quality floral arrangements for your specific needs. We apologize that none of our solutions were satisfactory.
