    Beware their Early Termination Fees (ETF) and auto renewals. Will use dishonest excuses about why there are still ETF charges after you've fulfilled your contract and they auto renewed it. Try Century Link instead.

    Very poor customer service. We have been a customer since 2004, and when we voiced our concerns (they forwarded our phone line to the wrong number for 2 days), they offered us a $5.00 invoice credit. When I told them I wanted to terminate the contract due to the way they responded to my concern ($5.00 credit? They can keep their $5.00...), they sent me instructions on how to terminate the contract instead of trying to retain a customer that has been with them for 15 years. It was laughable. We are switching providers.
