        You guys are pathetic. You are not only unprofessional, but the team entirely is contemptible. You guys are not only breaking FCRA requirements, but the communication is awful to say the slightest.

        This company had very friendly customer service and were not rude, sparky or cold lime some collections companies I have owed money to. The only complaint I have is that they do not report paid in full or closed accounts in a timely manner. Its been over 45 days since I have paid my balances in full, and all three credit reporters are showing that Discovery financial has not updated my account since April. Its frustrating.
