I have been going to Gentle Dental Arlington MA for years. It was okay. It's near by and convenient. But, the last visit really disappointed me. They told me I need routine x-ray that day. I asked the hygienist if my current insurance cover me just like before. She checked and told me "YES". It turned out they never call my insurance provider and now I am left with a $157 balance. I talked to them many times but the only reason they gave me was your insurance changed. Someone didn't do their job when I asked them to check. I had previously experience that insurance didn't give me right fee answer. So I always checked with the hygienist when I visited them. I had no problem with this location until the new owner took over. The owner doesn't even come to the phone when I asked to speak with her directly. Is that fair for a customer to pay this annoying bill while I did check with them at the time of the service. They want me to pay the bill. That's all they want. What will you do if you were me?
