Every body is so nice and professional Dr hardie is very good doctor he really cares about the kids my girl gets excited about her Dr's appointment now, I got to say norma front desk, she is amazing she does a lot and she still remained me for my upcoming visits and look at the details, Overall, we have had a good experience at hardie dentistry

This is my son's 3rd time going to this dentist. He's autistic and has anxiety about others getting in his personal space and shuts down. I was thinking maybe he would do great since our last visit he actually got xrays and lots done to him without my help but this time my husband came along and went back there with him. He was extra emotional as he knew he had more support but he was doing fine (from what I could hear) my husband later comes out without my son (idk why) and I ask whats going as he nods his head saying I don't know and the doctor mumbles he needs something done and the receptionist is trying to fumble with the computer telling them to close the charts so she can tell us what's going on and I can sign some papers. They talked back and forth and we waited almost 10 minutes...I see them from a reflection doing something to my son and I ask my husband if they were doing something on him and he's like i don't know so I said look at the reflection and the hygienist is definitely doing some sort of procedure. Well later my son comes out almost in full panic attack (he began hyper ventilating) until dad was able to support him with hugs. He then expressed his concerns with the receptionist about feeling like he was being pushed away from our son, belittled by the doctor, and not told about the procedures being done. Just told him to go outside where we were not told about what was happening until my husband was the one who asked. So I felt like the doctor was only trying to get my husband away from our 4 year old. In the car he told me the doctor actually pulled him aside and said something along the lines of your son is 4 years old he doesnt need you holding his hand it prevents me from doing my work. He had no care or patience for the appointment. When our son is like this we let them know we can ALWAYS reschedule but they make it seem like they can handle kids like this and my son only comes out with MORE anxiety. I also speak Spanish so over hearing the way the receptionist talked to another client about how to care for her children's teeth was so demeaning and dismissive that I just won't associate with this type of behavior when this clinic is specifically for pediatric dentistry. It's like they had no compassion or empathy, just anxious about being short staffed or behind.
