Wow! I had an incredible medical evaluation with PAC Rodgers today. He was very professional and really could relate to my injuries because he is also a veteran. I felt at home in this office starting with the two wonderful ladies at the reception area.. The X-ray tech was also super polite and knew my exact injury and how to prepare me for pictures considering the pain I was in.
Thank you for your service QTC!

QTC 10/19
Really bad experience with QTC, specially at the Tukwila location. Very poor customer service. Weeks leading up to this appointment, QTC consistently called me and texted me every few days regarding this appointment, but never notified me what this appointment was for. When I went to my appointment today, the staff at the desk said it was for something which QTC has already seen me for 2 weeks prior. They then said that they would cancel this appointment. Since I had to take a considerable amount time off work and drive across the Puget Sound region to come to this appointment, I was frustrated because this appointment was unnecessary. I told the front desk that this appointment should not have been scheduled, and that QTC should have caught this and notify me of this mistake, rather than continuously reminding me to attend this appointment. I then asked that QTC would contact me regarding this appointment. front. Unsympathetically, they suggested that this is beyond their responsibility and that this appointment is cancelled, so it wont be on my record. I then clarified I am requesting the manager to contact me regarding this situation.
This QTC location is very frustrating and ineffective. At the most basic level, they need to learn how to schedule appointments correctly. They could also improve greatly on customer service.

I did not have high hopes going into this place. I was referred here by the VA. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised.I was seen on time and checked in quickly. I was issued a mask upon arrival and the chairs were set to social distance.I can't really write my usual long reviews as this involved medical care but I was cared for, taken care of in the xray room and they even offered to help me when I was in pain from the examination twisting my back around.-1 Star for the radiologist guy walking around the building without a mask he "left in another room".Otherwise, yes I'd recommend checking the place out if you need somewhere that doesn't treat you like cattle.

The staff was extremely professional. April, Jamie, and Cary greeted me and went the extra mile to ensure that I had a pleasant visit. I wish that more Medical professionals would take care of their patients like they did.
