        I had my first appointment on Nov. 21st. I had to call and email the office 5 times to finally recieve a treatment plan from Dr. Dymond on Dec 4th. The first 3 times I called requesting my treatment plan I was asked to email the doctor to remind her... her email box was full and my email bounced back...

        I had a really wonderful microneedling session with Jessica Auckly at QA Natural Health. She was so gentle and informative, and sought ongoing informed consent. The microneedling itself was not nearly as uncomfortable as I thought it would be, and she provided a soothing, relaxing spa experience afterwards with serums, face mask, and infrared light treatment. My face looked great - barely pinked up - immediately afterwards, and now, a few days later, I just feel like my skin is plumped up and refreshed. Highly recommend this lovely provider and service!

      Hi Andrew, We apologize for your negative experience. Unfortunately, you scheduled a handful of Return patient visits online without having an initial intake visit first. As soon as we noticed the error, we reached out to you and were able to notify you a full seven days ahead of the scheduled appointment and offered you a place on our new patient waitlist.
