    The troubles that my wife and I have gone thru have been truly horrific! We purchased a new 2022 ZR2 Silverado from them about 2 years ago, we thought we have found a dealership that we could have all of our vehicles serviced from since we had a great experience buying from them! That quickly changed as I have brought them my 2017 Chevy Malibu that had a common problem with engine power loss. As usual I like to do a research on common issues with the make and model and have realized that there were multiple recalls for this specific issue. I called made an appointment and left my car there. I got a call about a day later saying that before they can do any type of recall work that I had to pay for a $2400 worth of repairs. (That quote in quote would fix the issue) I accepted thinking my car was going to be safe again for my wife to drive to work and commute with my kids, boy was I wrong I had 2400 dollars worth of work that they said was needed but my car ended up being worse off, my car was doing reduced engine power about 2-3 per day for the next months . Ive kept calling Chris and explaining how Im beyond upset that I paid 2400 and my car was way worse off, also that the recalls could not be done because it was not related to that. We took months calling and taking the car in and they couldnt get a reading on the ECU. Until I had enough and took it to an oreilys and quickly brought up the code for the recall. Crazy to think that being a Chevrolet dealership they couldnt find the code, but using a cheap engine scanner I was able to pull the recall code. We finally took the printed paper that orielys gave us and they finally had no options but to honor a recall after 4 months of going back and forth. After the so called recall that was not needed my car has been working properly with no power engine loss for about 3 weeks now. CRAZY!! Chris was so difficult to work with and the other guy, Will at the services desk (also was no help and seems like he doesnt want to be there to help paying customers.) I told my wife to advise them to take my contact info off of there system as I would not ever be taking my 2022 ZR2 or my 2017 Malibu there ever again. Worst experience ever with any dealership service, would advised not to go thru them.
