Called due to an emergency since my car wouldn't start, was told the service dept. would contact me asap. Took an entire day and a half to get back to me and was called right before they closed so I couldn't bring my car in.

Family business has been a customer for 30 years and brought our 2017 GMC truck in on 5/5 because the engine was knocking and barely running. Dropped it off to diagnose and give us options. Never got any calls with updates. Called back repeatedly every few days and reached voicemail. Every time someone called back late afternoon or evening they had zero information about the vehicle. Finally came in on 6/6 and just took the vehicle away. When we stated we were taking it and no one had diagnosed or called us with info, we received no response from the service rep assisting us. No apologies. No explanations. Just had us sign service paperwork showing they did nothing and brought the truck from around back. Absolutely the worst customer service from a business Ive ever experienced. If they cant do the job or there is a problem, communicate. At the very least, we deserve an explanation for the reason and an apology for no one doing anything for 32 days! I dont recommend anyone take their vehicle there for service. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous amount of time.

Sony was amazing! He helped us out from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove off with our new car! He really is a peoples person and is will to help you out. If youre going to McCurley ask for Sony!
