        What on earth is the point of making an appointment for the flu shot if I have to wait over an hour!

        Really slow, service is sometimes nonexistent. The automated phone system sucks, even by normal standards, and it frequently hangs up on you. They do fill prescriptions and dont seem to screw that up much. Update: Same day delivery apparently doesn't mean on the weekends. Wish I had been told that. I tried a Saturday delivery and it didn't mention anything about no deliveries on weekends. Dropping my rating from 2 to 1 star. I think it's time to move on to another pharmacy.

        The guy on the phone in the pharmacy was condescending and and confrontational. He was LESS than helpful. Like I was putting him out and "can't help you.". Serves me right for calling a Tacoma Walgreens. Never again.
