Diane Hagen - State Farm Insurance Agent

Absolutely wonderful people at Diane Hagen State Farm. It's been a terrible couple of years for me and my ability to keep on top of things has suffered. Diane Hagen State Farm has saved my butt on more than one occasion. They make no judgements against you and will happily work with you to make sure you can keep coverage. We have to have insurance because of the law. When that happened it damaged competitive pricing, because we can't just not carry insurance, so we're stuck paying whatever the cost. In a country where capitalism owns politicians that have allowed abuses from multiple sources it's nice to work with a company that still thinks of you as a person and not a profit.

I walked in to change some things on my insurance policy and both Maggie and Diane were pleasant to deal with. When all the business I came to do, (plus all the joking), I was very happy and pleased with their service!

After a very frustrating day for me personally, Diane was able to reach out to a collegue to provide me with a service that, she herself will soon be able to provide, even though she could not just yet. I grately appreciate her willingness to go the extra mile and connect me and not just telling me sorry I cant do that. Her postivie attitude and willingness to help are why I still have SF. Thank you Diane.
