        Keep changing prices without giving me the correct information. Saying one thing and do another. Takes days for response. Im only frustrated when you lie. Another situation when I first try to get the car insured you said yeah we got it. Then couple weeks later I check my account it wasnt insured. So, that couple of weeks we werent insured you lied. Check your information before you promise anything. Now youre saying you didnt do that. Please stop lying and admit your mistakes.

      We understand your frustration with the increase in your premium and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.We want to clarify that insurance rates can vary significantly by state due to factors beyond our local office's control. Please give us a call and I'd be happy to discuss this further.We would never want to put someone at risk of driving uninsured.
