We have been a member for over 30 years. The price for Elmhurst vs Tacoma light is great. I will gladly pay from 45 to 70 dollars a month vs the 400 a month my friends and family in north Tacoma pay.

Middle of winter and during Covid pandemic cut the power off. Literally paid the bill within minutes of them shutting it off at 915am and they say I gotta wait until 530pm for them to put it back on!!! Next yearsolar panels. Then they can pay me!! Been here for 7 years and never a late payment. WOW!! Is all I can say.

Elmhurst Mutual Power & Light has been taking care of Parkland power fothomes and businesses for a long time. They have crews out assesing, maintaining, pruning back hazardous trees, and replacing poles year round so when the storm comes we don't lose power. If something does go wrong like the recent transformer problem, crews were fixing it by the time I called to report it. These people care about keeping our power on and they work hard to do it. I am a grateful Parkland resident. Thank you for all you do for our neighborhood.

Is this outfit under new management? Unreceived bills. I paid & sent the 2nd bill right away, then I get a termination of service notice in the mail. Then I call in & talk to a guy who says he doesn't have the latest payment information. So, why should anybody bother to call in? So now, I have to take time off work Monday am to go in to their office & enjoy being penalized for other people's incompetence.
