This office discontinued in person customer service in 2019, according to the signage they have posted on their entrance. Currently looking for other offices still conducting in person customer service but, as their website gives no information, I'm guessing this is a company wide move. I have a years worth of bills for a rental I was not living in and my husband had cancelled service for when we moved out, yet they continued to charge. Email and phone calls have not helped. How is this issue supposed to get fixed if PSE's desired routes aren't working? It's not, that's how. My family has the ability to utilize legal help, but how many others are out there who don't have that option and are getting saddled with bills they did not accrue? This business model is unethical. Edit: Clearly my review was not read through in full by PSE. My husband and I have called multiple times and were assured that the issue was fixed. We are now handling this situation through email only to keep a digital record which will be utilized by our legal representatives if PSE does not work to resolve the issue as has been the case in prior communication.

I called and without an extension its recorded line just repeats itself. I dont even think its the right phone number. Not helpful at all. They definitely dont care about people. So furious. Ive been trying to get my water set up for a week now with no end in sight.

I just don't understand why I can't get a person on the phone. So frustrating.
