The food was cold, they pre-cooked the my fries they were soggy and old.Then they said I had to pay for a cup with the deal of the day. False advertisement and out of cones.They need better service and to train there employees the correct information.

Only one person working and a line of people when our family stopped in, I'm not blaming the person working for this, the problem lies higher up the food chain. Ordered a family package: 2 lbs of meat and 3 medium sides. The Caesar salad was not edible, the lettuce was brown and limp and smashed into a cup. The potato casserole was nothing more than mashed potatoes, but not bad. The chips? We had a choice of Cheetos and Cheetos, which was ok because that happens to be the kids favorite. Had to ask for plates. The cheap plastic ware was not up to the task of carving the old, dry meat. Very old, very dry. The rolls tasted funny and had a strange texture. In summary, for $70+ we got 5 drinks, 2 bags of Cheetos, some smashed potatoes, and no Service. 3rd try at Dickie's over the past 3 years and 3 stores, and this was the worst experience ever. Never again.

I ha gone to Dicky's three times to eat the first was the worst barbeque I have ever been served the staff was not polite, friendly or interested in the food they were serving most of it was cold and really over priced. I know the price of beans or potatoes the portions that were served were should be on the kiddie plate not a twenty dollar meal plate. I stride twice more to buy food their I could not justify paying for the mess they were trying to sell me and left. Not worth pulling the door open at this place.
