Ive only eaten here once and it was pretty good. However, for well over a month now this location (Everett) has not had fries on their online menu. Ive tried emailing both their guestfeedback@ and socialmedia@ email addresses to ask them what is up with this issue, and it has been several weeks now and I have still gotten no response from either email.

I just received the Best customer service ever!!! I ordered Dickies from Door Dash. Trent from the Everett location(Dickies) called me and told me that my order might have been messed up. When the door dash driver showed up, I looked at my order, and sure enough, the meat was not sent. I called Trent and told him, and they went out of their way and sent their meat slicer back to my house. (Sorry, I can't remember his name) I really appreciate it! They brought the correct meat that was big portions, sides, and desserts. I work in the food industry, and this was Amazing Hospitality! This was above and beyond what they had to do, Trent and the meat slicer really need to be recognized for their superior customer service. Thank you very much! Chris Morrison

Got my order wrong. Called the store. Mexican guy told me to "try calling my manager" and then put the phone down for 30 minutes before hanging up!

My order was delivered so can't comment on the atmosphere. But I "can" comment about the seasoned food and the exquisite, customer service I received! I ordered a BBQ Spud (called a 'Baker' here at Dickey's) to see if it tastes even close to my "back home" spud in DFW, along with seasoned green beans. The green beans were good and flavorful! The spud order was not correct at all. But here's the BEST part: I called the Everett Dickey's asking for a manager immediately, and got REGGIE. He was very empathetic, and clearly wanted to make sure my next "Baker" order was right this time, so he made my order himself---along with including a complimentary larger order of green beans, and chicken (at no charge) to this order. I know people have commented about how the charges are extremely costly, but I will pay and provide Great reviews for 'HANDS-DOWN' superb, customer service. It's exactly what REGGIE provided, and what I needed: I was ill and hadn't eaten all day, (at now, 7p) which was why I didn't pick up my first order to begin with. REGGIE even called me to make sure my order was completed to my liking, all items were included, and had already been delivered! And for that REGGIE, you are a 'class act' in the customer service arena! People don't get this type of 'customer-service done right,' from many food establishments nowadays, and I personally want You to know how much I appreciated it, and your integrity of doing business the Right way! Keep doing what You're doing. You're a '' because of it! PS: The stuffed pulled pork, chicken "Baker" was so filling and delicious! Ambyr

I just received the Best customer service ever!!!
