The staff was very friendly, communicated well, was helpful, and the crew did a great job with the repairs. This was my second time to this location because the first time was also such a great experience. Hours before I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle, a staff member called concerned that they had caused a scratch in a window's tint. They hadn't. It pre-existed their work, but I was thankful they cared enough to ask and take ownership of it if they had. This is the complete opposite of when the scratch actually did occur, which was during a dealership visit just weeks before. The above exemplifies their honesty, why I appreciate this location, why I will continue giving them my business, and why I would refer friends and family.

The associates of Fix Auto are by far the best in customer service (extraordinary) and execution of body part repairs. Everyone there is very nice, always concerned about what the customer needs, and are willing to go the extra mile with a personable approach. They fixed my front bumper and even returned my car looking even better than when I bought it. If you ever need auto body repairs in Tacoma, I would recommend them 100% of the time. Update (10/11/22): I haven't seen these guys for two years and these guys are still the best! Their attention to detail and professionalism is something to strive for. Plus my car came back cleaner and more sleek than when I dropped it off. They go over and above with communication and quality of work. If you need a fix, go to this fix auto for excellent work! 03/20/24: They continue to be the best car body shop that I've worked with.
