I wanted to give a shout out to this company because it looks like most of these reviews are getting posted by disgruntled, dead-beat tenants and I don't think it is right to trash a company just because you didn't pay all your rent and left your apartment trashed. My apartment is fantastic and the crew always keeps the place clean. Very professional company. If you do your part as a tenant, they will do theirs as the landlord.

Christian Rose was reluctant to schedule a showing before I signed my lease, when I backed out of it (due to the many sketchy reviews I found online) he reacted unprofessionally as well. Along with the calls from blocked numbers and emails from different addresses every time, I did not sign the lease because the whole set up seemed - sketchy. And living somewhere where the landlord has tried to scam people out of their money sounds like a lot of anxiety. Also overpriced for the quality and lack of amenities.

I hate this guy, literally is refusing to give me any of my security deposit back and is charging me $300 for “cleaning”?! I left that place in better shape when I got there. When I first moved in I had other people’s food and dishes still in the fridge and sink that I just threw away. Didn’t come fix a thing only time they fixed something was when the water heater was leaking and I put in several maintenance requests and on the 10th day they came in and fixed it. But that’s only because I received a call basically saying I better have the place move in ready when I leave and I informed them that the water heater is still leaking and the carpet is ruined and I guarantee other things are ruined too. Now trying to charge me for those damages when they were caused by your negligence. Nope I’m not gonna take that.
