Five stars - Absolutely! Jennifer Clemens is an absolute rock star, and we cannot thank her enough for helping us through the process of buying and selling a home (simultaneously and very quickly)! Jennifer was generous with her time, extremely responsive, and creative in her approach. She took the time to figure out who we are, what we want, and how to make it happen. On the sale side, she spent a lot of time with us managing our expectations about what we needed to do ensure a quick sale and maximize return. Her insights were valuable and realistic. More importantly, she was able to find the right people to help us with each step. We had a five-star plus experience with Jennifer Clemens and the Clemens Real Estate Group. This was our third real estate transaction over the past 10 years with Jen and we will continue to trust her with all of our property purchases and sales. The timing of our sale for this transaction was in the winter, and Jennifer and Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure showings were successful in snowy weather, even shoveling the driveway and steps of the house! Jennifer and Jonathan were both very attentive to my needs. The process of starting over is stressful but Clemens Real Estate Group made everything easy. I'm a senior, so have had multiple experiences with real estate agents. Jennifer and her team, by far, are the best I've dealt with. She is honest, realistic, accommodating and not averse to rolling up her sleeves to help you get your house ready. And finally, I had two transactions happening concurrently.
