Witnessed an interaction between Tyler Vinson of Extant and staff of neighboring Pet Savers. Tyler barged into the lobby of Pet Savers at 7 in the morning, hours before his business is even open (!!!), and very aggressively threatened to tow customers of Pet Savers parked in his (very very empty, I might add) parking lot as theirs was completely full. Pet Savers staff politely acknowledged Vinsons demand that people leave his lot. Customers of Pet Savers arent staying long, just checking in their pets briefly, then are on their way. This guy was blowing a gasket that people were parked in his empty lot, again, hours before hes even open. Dude, chill out! All you accomplished was making yourself look like a petty, hateful little man.

This company has a building of rentals on 1st Avenue in Browne's Addition. This building has bed bugs and this company has refused to do anything about it, or anything to compensate their renters. They refuse to answer phone calls/text messages regarding this bed bug situation. Shame on you.

Rachel and her team are absolutely exceptional!
