Kathy and her team are fine sales agents, but State Farm has been a worst case scenario for our recent car accident. The initial approved repair was barely half the repair shops estimate. Despite numerous attempts to seek help and a further explanation as to why repairs were being arbitrarily denied, only vague responses were given. The virtual estimator never once contacted the shop to seek further explanation.
When it was clear that I needed help I reached out to Kathy and her team, hoping that they could intervene and advocate for me. Thats why I chose her I. The first place I figured a local agent will provide personal help. Someone you can trust. Unfortunately the only thing they can do is get a rep on the phone. Having a local agent is of absolutely no value if they cant help. Stay away from State Farm. Their prices were competitive, but its clear you get (or rather dont get) what you pay for.
