Farmers Insurance - Ethan Mendoza-Pena

Ethan was very helpful and made communication easy which is important for working or busy people. He went out of his way to make sure I got a policy when it was convenient for me. He was not aggressive or pushy like other insurance places. Highly recommended

I've been a farmers client for almost 2 years. they raised my policy because of the signal app that they swore wouldn't affect my policy then after I told them to cancel my policy because I found an insurance company (Geico) that had a way better rate (600 vs 1300) Ethan tried to pull the 1300 out of my account through a card I gave him only to add another vehicle months prior. Thank god I had lost that card a month ago and had to cancel it and have it replaced other wise he would've gotten the 1300. I have never had this much problems with farmers in Nevada just here in Spokane since I've lived here. I also had an issue with him when he tried to sell me renters insurance he told me it would $80 then a month later tried to add $180 to the policy for it by charging my card I immediately called and freaked out and had the renters canceled. I do not recommend this scam artist in the least bit.
