I called and made an appt. On 1/7/21. Richard called to reschedule after I waited all day at about 5:00. Made another appt. For 1/18 between 11:00 and 1:00. No Show, no call, and no return phone call. I think the fish sign on his website is because he likes to go fishing. Maybe that's where he's at ? ( If you have no expectations, you won't be disappointed ).

Rick came into our home without wearing a mask. When I asked and requested him to, he told me that the Pandemic (for which we have a mask mandate for all businesses) was like the common cold. When I challenged him on this (it IS a mandate whether anyone likes it or not) he waved a hand at me and told me I didn't have to get my chimney cleaned, although he'd been hired to do so. He also made fun of me for using a creosote log, although this was recommended by our previous chimney sweep. He had been in countless homes before mine on this day and refused to wear a mask. Since he wouldn't clean our chimney I have no idea how his actual work is. I can only recommend that anyone avoid this business and it's rude owner. Service: Chimney inspections
