The prices are a bit high, but I'm assured by other companies that they are comparable (higher in some areas, lower in others). The work that was done was very professional. The billing was reasonable, and the owner (Craig) and the technician (Mike) went out of their way to ensure that they weren't doing (and I wasn't paying) for anything more than what was necessary to get the job done. All of the work was explained to me and Mike treated my stupid questions with professional courtesy and knowledgeable answers. Most importantly, my house is cool again!!
