I honestly like the lawn mowing service repair that comes to your home. Every year they come to my home and service my riding lawn mower. But unfortunately, I blew out a tire on it and phoned sears for a replacement. I spoke to a computer who transferred me to parts... (not knowing I was transferred outside of the valley location.) They told me they no longer have a parts department nor an auto services Dept. Then they ordered me a new tire that wouldn't be here for 7 days. I phoned back to cancel my order to find out I was transferred out of the store. The valley location DOES have a parts dept. Although, it is contracted to another company so Sears won't acknowledge them on their phone line. And yes, the valley store still has the automotive center. So when you speak over the phone and you get transferred make sure you are still speaking with the valley location or the person will really mess things up for you. I could have had my tire fixed today and placed back on the rim for me.
