My experience at Indian Trails has been positive one.Being open to their customers on Saturdays from 10:00-12:00 would allow customers who could not get to the bank during the week to receive a more personalized experience.

I am so disappointed in the service we have received. We had fraudulent charges on our account at the end of November that were denied from being disputed. They were denied because of a 1 dollar pending charge that we didnt dispute over 60 days ago. Instead of them explaining what was going on, They told us they couldnt help us. We were confused - and deeply upset because it was a significant amount. We didnt understand until we had to call the corporate office. We were told the problem was solved last week - and when it still wasnt solved we were met with no help. Please - especially when you are dealing with peoples hard earned money, no matter the amount, have empathy and take the time to explain to people why they cant be helped so we can understand or find another way to solve the problem.

They put $200 holds on your cards for random transactions and dont refund the money for days.

Always helpful! You walk in, tell them there problem and they help you in a matter of minutes! STCU is the best local credit union!
