Quality alterations services and the Nordstrom level of customer service weve all come to expect. The staff listens and offers suggestions and completed the work on the date committed.

I came to the Nordstrom annual sale to get the bath towels. I wasn't planning on buying anything else. I was looking around at the men's clothing. I really don't need another pant. But I couldn't resist because of the color and mostly the price. $19.90 for pants is unheard of at Nordstrom. It is there own private label. I grabbed two sizes. They are all the same length which made me not want them. Since I wear a 29 inch inseam. Until the associate said they are offering free alterations. And at the time I didn't know Nordstrom was also offering free shipping. The associate got the taylor  she kept me informed on the status. He measured my pant cuff length. Asked if was okay I said no. I like a cleaner look. He said no problem and adjusted the pant cuff. He also looked at the seat and waist to make sure it filled well. It took them about a week to get the pant back. I tried them on and look really good. I looked at the pant cuff and the thread is a perfect color match. This was my first experience with a taylor. Not sure if the actual work is done inside or sent out. Nor am I sure what the return policy is if an item is altered. I definitely recommend them
