Linda is a masterful seamstress! Her specialty is wedding and special occasion gowns, though I don't doubt that she can alter anything! She transformed an ill-fitting wedding dress that I purchased online and turned it into a custom gown!! I am deeply indebted to her!!! She saved the day!!!

Was lucky to find this little shop to hem my mom's dress for her granddaughter's wedding and hem a couple pair of pants. She was very nice and her work was fantastic. Her work was done when she said it would be. The only thing I didn't like was those stairs going up to her shop. LOL We also talked to her about doing alternations to my daughter's wedding dress and she said she works on wedding dresses. We are very excited about going in and doing a consultation.

I took my wedding dress here for a bunch of alterations, and it turned out absolutely perfect. Im very happy. I will say this first and foremost: you MUST have time and patience, especially if you are getting an important outfit worked on (wedding, prom). I brought my wedding dress in just over 2 months ago. My appointments were very spread out (one every couple weeks) because my wedding isnt until June. I had read that you should give at least 6-8 weeks for alterations and this was pretty on par, especially for everything I wanted to have done. I had 4 fittings (hemming the lace trim, switched out the zipper for a corset back, added straps, added cups) and each time Linda helped me into the dress, had me walk around, and made any necessary adjustments. If I made changes or requests during the fittings, Linda was happy to help and have it done the next fitting! I was very pleased with her flexibility and her knowledge. I didnt know how I was going to be able to get my dress hemmed without cutting off the beautiful Spanish lace, but Linda did it so skillfully No lace sacrificed! I was also happy with the price; she was very transparent with it. I paid my deposit the first fitting, and the rest on the second fitting. It breaks my heart to see some of these reviews! I understand that we live in a world where everything is on-demand, but remember that service workers are humans too! Have patience, understanding, and kindness, and Linda will treat you so so well! I wouldnt have taken my dress anywhere else.
