I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, and had to pay $120 before they would put me on the schedule. Then the day before the appointment they cancelled it and said they would return my money “expedited” but they didn’t. After several calls that they kept saying they were going to expedite the return of my money, I contacted my bank a month later and let them deal with it. My bank returned my money. Update: I originally gave them 1 star, but changed it to 3 after Krystal Cunningham from their corporate office reached out to me after reading my review and wanted to correct the situation. Krystal worked to make sure they did a "charge back" to pay my bank (who had returned my money). She was very nice and hung in there even though at this point I had a bad attitude. Thanks Krystal!
