Ballard Pho & Teriyaki

Good prices, good food and bubble tea, and excellent customer service! We really appreciated that the lady behind the counter came personally to check on us and apologize that she could not give us extra bubbles because they were running out. This is the kind of gesture, however small, that really stands out. The place was buzzing with high school students during lunch when we were there, and the interactions were very respectful--from both sides. Good to see such well-behaved youth, and good to see that they are treated respectfully by the staff.

We live within walking distance so this is one of our regular haunts! We usually order takeout, but have enjoyed dining in once or twice. Highly recommend their Pho, Banh Mi, Vermicelli bowls, and fresh rolls! Their bubble tea is also fantasticyummy drinks and soft, fresh tapioca pearls.

Ive only had their pho. Combo is phonominal. Veggie pho is okay according to my wife. Which is good considering she only liked two other pho places in the whole Seattle. They also have nuoc beo which puts them to 6 stars. Just beware, they dont use the usual angel hair rice noodles you would eat at most pho places. Doesnt bother me much tho.

Got chicken vermicelli bowl and it was amazing!! Fast food service and lovely atmosphere. I will eat here many more times.

Ordered to go and theres no forks so now were here eating with construction tools. And their pho is not bad and the teriyaki is not bad either.
