    Awful! They got my potential client upset and then the supposedly customer service manager not only talked over me defending herself and then she hangup on me. Stay away from this company. I wish I did my homework and read the reviews first! My mistake.

    I just Googled this company to see if others were having the same problem I'm having. They have too many customers given the number of operators on staff. They answer right away and then immediately put the caller on hold. This continues to happen throughout the call. I just saw a call that should have taken 2 minutes and it lasted 12 minutes. Amazingly this customer never gave up. Tons of customers do just hang up due to extensive holds. The company does not seem to be doing anything to fix this problem.

    They make promises they are incapable of keeping. Double charged and when brought to their attention, they were extremely demeaning and unprofessional. Caused customers who would call in, frustration and irritation. I had customer complaints!!!! They took 6 minutes to get first name spelling correctly for a customer. All calls were recorded on my end, so I would listen to these calls. I gave them a real chance for a month and couldn't risk it any more. They caused more harm than Any good. They did not do what they told me they would do. In case your wondering, this IS a very REAL review from someone who owns a local Seattle service business and had a crummy experience once they got started answering the calls. Now, I realize why this company didn't offer a trial period.

    If I could give zero stars I would! I will be reporting this company to better business bureau. We have heard Complaint after complaint from clients about rude, discourteous employees, receptionist that hang up on my clients, place the callers on hold for 20 minutes at a time, treat customers who's first language is not English terrible. When the issues were brought to management (8 times!) they did nothing! I had call recordings and they still did nothing! No compensation for the lost clients, not willing to reprimand their employees or assure me it won't happen again! Nope it kept happening over and over again! I was given the excuse by management that their employees notated that the call was lost. I retrieved our recordings to review and their was a pattern happening..... they have discrimated against my clients. I have never experienced service like this and my clients never will again! They are terrible customer service!!! DO NOT LET ANSWERING SPECIALIST ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!! To answering specialist: you have handled this all wrong! When I came to your management team (8 times) with my concerns and later on with proof of the customers accusations you should not have brushed me off. You should have offered me a refund. Instead of refusing to hold up your end of the agreement. By "choosing" answering service inc. You agreed to provide the following; ensure that my calls will be handled professionally by a small group of dedicated answering service operators who will be trained to my specifications on how to handle my calls. This will allow mr and my callers to receive a consistent, high quality answering service and allows your answering service operators to get to know my callers, allowing them to appear to my customers as an extension of my office staff. You have agreed To hire mature, competent and articulate operators to answer my calls. You have agreed to never forget that your operators are answering my calls and representing my business. They are asked to make decisions regarding how each and every call should be handled. This requires operators with good memories who can multi-task, make good decisions while maintaining a professional demeanor. Your operators were hired to strive to meet this standard. All of this is pulled right from your website. You did not follow through with our monthly agreement. Your company should not be in business. You are a discriminatory business and for lack of a better term just SUCK at your jobs. Quit now while your loosing!

    We have been asking this company to port our phone number for over 4 weeks. They have hijacked our service. They and not letting us to transfer the number to Cox communication. They have repeatedly refused to give us the billing information to transfer the number thinking they could be milking us for one more month. We have been paying for Cox service but we can't use our phone number since they have refused to transfer it to us, and they refuse to call us back. We have the records to show Cox and us have been calling them for 3 weeks consistently every day at least 5 times per day. No one is willing to get back to us including TIM the owner of the business. They service is horrendous, unfriendly and unethical.
