    I have worked at Answering Service Care for the last 11 plus years. Before that worked 39 years for Kelleys Answering service which Answering Servicde Care took over . I love my job and the people I work with . The mangement team and all the different departments make it a great place to work. They attend to the customers needs as well as the employees. I enjoy and love helping all of our customers and their callers. It is very satifying that we can make a difference in our clients business and help their callers out at the same time!

    Answering Service Care as been a staple of my business for years now. They are there when no one else is able to grab the phone and stay on for your client's convenience whenever called upon. Truly unsung heroes of the call center world. The relationship was rooted once first onboarded by the best of best faces in the industry and that is Jessica V. I honestly don't have a rounded enough vocabulary to pay her the compliments she fully deserves. Her professionalism, willingness to innovate and down right knowledge of your company's needs are unrivaled by any one I worked with on a 1 call resolution basis. It's easy to see why she is so established and respected by her peers at Answering Service Care. Big kudos to overnight staff who never seem to skip a beat no matter the subject of the message being left and ensures the transcript is delivered immediately.     I was furloughed from my previous job during the pandemic. When I heard about the opportunity of becoming an Answering Service Agent; I was a little unsure. I started as an on-call agent and have been growing since. The training and support have been great. There is always support when you need it. I really love the work that I do here. Each call is different. We are supporting business owners with their business needs along with providing our client's clients with immediate attention by answering their calls and relaying their needs to the businesses they are calling. It is a rewarding feeling for me to make a difference in someone's day. They may be upset when I take the call but have them calm and in a better place by the end of the call. I have enjoyed my time with Answering Service Care, and I am happy to say that I have found my new 'Career Home'. One last bit of information is that every member of the leadership team started out as an agent and grew from there. There is truly a sense of family and support at Answering Service Care.
