If I could give zero stars, I would! IRS levied our home because Mark would not fix error on my taxes that I paid in full for him to complete. Chased him down for a year and then gave up. I will be reporting him to the IRS. Beware.

Mark the accountant was good, and helped a lot, but after I left the office my taxes were never actually filed. I called a few weeks later to follow up and the admin lady told me that she had mailed me some documents that I needed to sign and mail in myself in order to actually file my taxes. I never received ANYTHING from them in the mail. Moreoever, when I left the office in the first place I asked if they needed anything else from me, and they told me that I was all set and my taxes would be filed right away, and I could expect my refund in about a month. I never received anything from them in the mail and am so irritated, as I was really depending on receiving the refund quickly. Instead of getting my refund in 21 days as the IRS says, it will now be 6 weeks for physical processing PLUS all the weeks I lost when they didn't mail me the packet to sign and mail in myself. As they charged rather a lot, I was deeply disappointed with this experience.
