        I've been coming to this location for 10 years and I went to drop off my taxes today and the receptionist wouldn't take my information. She said they were all booked up. I said i realize i'm late but i don't care when they get done and she said they're booked up. And I said 'Forever?" and she said 'Yes". Wow. So I left and went to the Ballard branch where I received excellent service and they took my documents and information assigned me a tax professsional.
