        Horrible place .. Especially 3rd and 4th floors , smells like pee .. Carpets are dirty grungy smelly , walls have dust base boards dusty nasty , apartments are dirty food or ? Brown grungy stains on walls / base boards .. it seems the cleaners are only there to socialize .. Managment is incompetent , constant recycle of employees .. Avoid at all costs ! It's amazing this place is still in business ..
