I contacted Shawn for the sale of my home after the sincere recommendation of one of my neighbors. I was moving out of state, so my goal was to get a good price, in as little time as was needed to do that, and while I was out of town throughout the process. Shawn's experience and history made him the perfect man for the job. After signed him on, I did indeed leave town in a hurry, knowing my home would need some sprucing up for the best sale. Luckily, I had Shawn to arrange an array of contractors, all on short notice, to give my place that much needed sprucing. I was left free to deal with the complications of moving across the country, and Shawn arranged fairly priced work for me and called in on who needed to be paid. Shawn kept everything moving at a great pace, with frequent updates, and when my house listed, Shawn landed me that promised top dollar sale with great terms. I am as happy as can be in my experience working with Shawn.

Shawn was recommended to us by a friend who has a lot of dealings in real estate.  This friend of mine hates realtors, but loves Shawn.  There are many reasons why.  Shawn is responsive, accessible, has tons of energy, enthusiasm, and integrity.  He helped us throughout every stage of selling our house, from initial remodeling recommendations (he has great taste), to contractors, to final endgame strategy and negotiations.  His marketing process is amazing.  Best of all, he's a really nice guy that cares about his clients.  Many other realtors were interested in representing us, but Shawn was so much better in every significant way.  He is a pleasure to work with.  Highly recommended.

My wife and I had to sell our home due to financial reversals and family illness.  Thankfully we were referred to Shawn through a good friend of ours.  He was quick, professional and saved us from bankruptcy.  He did a short sale for us.  He knew how to get it through quickly and satisfied all the banks involved in the loans.  I will always go to Shawn for all of my future real estate needs. We found Shawn online when we bought our first home.  He was responsive and really helpful.  Myself being self-employed proved to be difficult in securing a loan.  Luckily, Shawn had a number of recommendations and we eventually found the right fit.  He was also fantastic during negotiations.  I felt really comfortable having him represent us.  In fact, we felt so comfortable that we reached out Shawn help us sell our home when the time came.  Being a much different experience than buying, we were again impressed with Shawn's perspective and recommendations.  His marketing ideas were great too (including his door-to-door campaign).  Within days of putting our home on the market, we found ourselves with multiple offers.We recommend Shawn to all of our friends and family.
