        We were renting for a year with Wei from WPI. This was THE MOST HORRIBLE RENTING EXPERIENCE EVER. Wei has screamed at me over the phone when questioned why would washing machine in my home would not be available for 10+ days. Aside from it he forgot to cover previous tenants water bills and wanted to make us pay for it. Our water service was cut off TWICE. Once because Wei failed to pay the bills of previous tenants and second time because water backflow testing results were not shared with the township. Two stars because Wei is at least a pretty stylish guy.
