      image Terrible customer service. My wife was working with them and didn’t hear from him for over a week, ran our credit information without confirmation or even so much as a heads up.
      Then Gene had audacity to hang up on my wife when she confronted them about the malpractice. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
      Super pushy, didn’t want to let me take my time and shop around, much better places to go in the Seattle area.
