Karen helped us from start to finish on our first home purchase. There is no hurdle too tall for Leah Zamir. I was buying my first home, on a commission based minimum wage job and found more hurdles than homes but Leah worked around the clock on COUNTLESS options , running numbers and tracking rates and honestly, I doubt she got paid enough for the amount of work I put her through but in the end- when I found my dream home- she explored every single avenue to make sure the deal went through. She was always available and always took the time to explain the reality of each option, as every property can be so different. She has knowledge beyond compare and I know I likely got the best deal of 2023 because of her. Please if you're looking for your first home or vacation property or investment rental, go to her because she knows it all and she will help build your portfolio into something grand.
