Very inconvenient customer service with least respect to customers and change more for extra night by giving different information before and after checkout day

Nice hotel. It's older, but in better shape than some I've seen. They've done a pretty good job on upgrades. There is a small hot tub, and a workout room with a few machines. Building was clean. Close to the space needle. Large room for breakfast downstairs. Coffee, juices, hit chocolate, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereals, and a couple waffle irons. Would definitely stay here again .

I stayed here with my fiance and our four day old daughter. It was so peaceful and comfortable for us we almost wanted to stay another night instead of moving into our new apartment lol
