I generally enjoyed the diverse assortment of musical genres which were available in a variety of formats. I found a few flipside videos of shows in the 80s in San Fransisco and elsewhere that I was at and also some bootleg live vinyl which was impressive as they were high quality and were quite comparable in cost to a CD one might purchase at a show. For some reason,i believe they had a great poster collection as well.
Or I may be mistaking them for the other music store on the ave(aside from cellophane square and tower) which also closed down.
Sorry if anyone ACTUALLY read this and was hopeful of a new place to find music on the Ave. You are almost a decade late to find a diverse range of new and used music that can and usually does vary from store to store (exempting chain stores).
