I bought a Beoplay active and was not happy with the battery life. However I work out at sea and was not able to return it for 2 months. Once i brought it in they were more happy to exchange it I was able to trade up to the Beolite 17 and get a 20% discount too. They real made me a happy camper. As much as I love amazon this was a way better experience.

I get that this is meant to be a high-end product where form is supposed to surpass function, but I didn't appreciate that none of the product on display had any information about them visible. The salesperson in the store spent the entire time I was browsing (about 10 minutes) on the phone, so I never did learn about the products beyond their unintuitive usability, high end design, and good sound quality.

Great service and very low pressure. I have never been upsold. In fact, I have been recommended a cheaper item once the owners understood what I was looking for.
