Trained at another center for a number of years before taking a break and moving to the area. When I decided to dust off the cobwebs and get back into it, I made the right choice by coming to KMS. Instructors are top notch and the variety of classes offered is fantastic. Whether you're looking for pure fitness, self-defense training, sport fighting, or any combination, they've got classes for all levels. It definitely feels good to be training again at this very welcoming location.

Passionate and caring instructors, a comprehensive training program, and a clean and professional facility create an excellent environment to learn self defense. I've been happily training here for a couple years, and have only the most positive sentiments about this gym. The owners are absolutely committed to creating a welcoming, safe training environment for anyone to learn extremely real self defense techniques.

The general vibe at KMS is friendly and comfortable. They have skilled high energy instructors that put alot of effort into making sure everyone is having a positive experience and getting the guidance they need.
