        I moved out of state so I called to cancel my account in September and an employee said the only thing he could do without me there was freeze my account (without telling me I needed to sign anything). He didnt tell me it would unfreeze after 3 months and without my knowledge or consent they charged me for 2 months. Because the employee didnt have me sign paperwork, the team said there is no documentation and refuses to refund me.

        Great value for the cost. I generally go between 4am-6am and dont run into issues with equipment availability. Staff is super friendly and lots of parking.
