This company has been GREAT! I am a property Manager and we have been dealing with a leak for months. Had numerous leak detector companies come out and say we do not have a leak. They all blamed it on COVID. I finally got ahold of this company and they found the leaks at BOTH my properties where we had those problems. From the start, they were super professional and got me on the schedule QUICK! When they came out, they were not here just for 15 minutes. They are very thorough and took their time! I recommend them to anyone who has any leaks! They even clean out the catch basins!! Kemp kept me up to date at each property and we will be using them again throughout my company. Kemp from Linescape came out to multiple properties within The Neiders Company and has done the unexplainable. He worked with city on meter issues and dedicated real time to finding the leaks for us. He showed our maintenance teams how to find these leaks for next time instead of saying just “call us back” he is very knowledgeable and explained issues not only to our maintenance staff but to our office staff as well. Very reliable and great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you Kemp for all your hard work!
