I found the service here to be inattentive and unhelpful. Nobody acknowledged me or helped me when I entered the store and after I approached somebody, she soon disappeared. Was ready to spend several hundred dollars buying new work clothes, but walked out instead.

The worst experience ever. A staff with silver hair, I assume he is a manager, was very unkind and disrespect and made me uncomfortable. He didn't treat me nicely. I was gonna purchase a jacket but decided to walk away.

Based on Google reviews, I was not sure of kind of experience I can expect. With few minutes of me exploring the shop, Jacob checked if I need assistance. Since this is my first time trying to buy Brooks Brothers brand, I asked his assistance in shirt sizing. He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. He infact led me to sections of shop where I find shirts of my size and fit. While I was choosing my shirts, 2 more employee a came and checked if I am alright and need any assistance in choosing my fit.
At the end of Jacob apprised of the sale and helped me to choose the last shirt since color that I was looking for was not on display. Overall, it was a great experience. I will strongly recommend this shop to any one.
This shop is just opposite to Rainer towers and is a historical building.
