        Please always double check the hanger size vs. The actual size!!!! Been here twice now and ended up with the completely wrong size :(

        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which is very disappointing considering the prices they charge. I've been trying to exchange an item for a different size (same item, same color, I just want it in a medium instead of a large). The original item was purchased as a gift using a discount, and the associates there are insisting that I pay the difference in price. None of the people that work there seem to understand why a customer would be frustrated at their process. I asked if there was anything they could to help me, and they just shook their heads and asked for the next customer. If the item has never been worn, with the tags attached, and is within the return/exchange window, why should I be expected to pay the price difference? All I want is a different size. The quality of their items is great, but I'll probably just start buying all my J.Crew items from Nordstrom. At least when there are issues, the people that work that try to come up with a solution.
