        Giving these clowns a start because you can't give 0 stars. Arrived to pick up my prepaid reservation with wife and kiddo in tow for a family vacation. They took one look at a family with a young kid and said we'd have to wait for AT LEAST an hour unless we would pay $75 for an "upgrade" to a "premium" car (a Dodge Charger, so other than being a very large car to drive in a city, nothing anyone might want). So if you like paying in advance only to get blackmailed at the pick up counter, by all means, these guys are for you. The cherry on top was that no one was there to check the car back in, so I had to deal with their phone center just to get a receipt to dispute the charge!

        The customer service is above and beyond at the Seattle airport Fox rental. Friendly and most helpful .I put the wrong dates on for my pickup , so when I arrived at the counter I had nothing waiting on me. The gal at the counter helped me get a great vehicle and a great price and it was 11 pm at night! All the staff were helpful and nice , a great end to a long day flying !
