    Stay away! Booked a 15 passenger four months in advance in Seattle and were notified 48 hours (July) before arrival that they didnt have the van. No large vans in the entire city and ended up with hiring rides. Stay away and see the other reviews.

    Best rent a car so far. We used this last year for a trip to Oregon. Hassle free. I wonder why they closed! Now that I needed them maybe thats why all of the cancellations they were in the brink of closing

    Stay away from this rental company. They cancelled our reservation 48 hours before pick up date. They charged us full amount when we booked and never refund us. We called them multiple times during three months to request refund, but the customer service is helpless. We have to call credit company to dispute the charge. I could give 0 star if there is an option.

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I was just told two weeks before my arrival that my reservation was canceled because they do not have any vans. I made the reservation two months ago and now do not have another option for my party of 8 people. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY as you will be left with insufficient transportation

    I would never wish Zeeba on anyone. I booked a van 3-4 months ahead of our trip and was told to call back when we had exact flights times. I called on Monday, June 14th to verify pick up from sea-tac at 6pm. That would give us an hour to deplane and get baggage. The gal on the phone said she made the correction and noted it for the shuttle driver. We landed in plenty of time. I called to ask where to meet the shuttle, mind you 8 had a team of 6 youth and another adult with me. They were going to get the baggage while I got the van. Kelsey answered the phone and said that they didnt have a van for me. Apparently, since I hadnt been there at 8am the van was cancelled and given to someone else. Since I had called just 2 days before, I knew that I had verified a different pick up time - 6pm. She said that there was nothing she could do. I asked to talk to her manager. She said Toby was on the other line and would call me back. At this point there are 8 of us STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT! We got on the shuttle to the rental car hub at sea tac (which is not where zeeba is located). Our hope was to somehow find another van that could fit 8 plus luggage for two weeks. While we were on the shuttle, Omar called from Zeeba. I asked him what happened to Toby. He said there was no Toby. According to Omar, they had 20 vehicles come back that day that were not up to safety standards and that was why I didnt get a van. He also said that I should have gotten an email or call that morning to let me know of the situation. I got nothing, not even a carrier pigeon. I asked him what he was going to do to make this right. He said he personally didnt have the funds to help us and that it is not company policy to help in this situation. It was ridiculous. So they left us without a solution. Omar did say he hoped this didnt impact using them in the future he would even give me a discount um no thank you. Thankfully we found a different van at Hertz. It was $2000 more than we had budgeted. But I guess you get what you pay for. If you like getting stranded at the airport, with hours of stress, hoping for another van, then use Zeeba. If you like a better start to your trip, use Hertz. In other words, dont use Zeeba!
