        If you need any gear repairs or rentals, Will is the person you want to see! I called REI and asked what the turnaround time was for restringing my tent poles, which needed new shock cord. I had just planned an impromptu backpacking trip, and was really hoping to have my poles by then, which was only 4 days away. I lucked out and got Will on the phone, and he said if I brought them in tonight he could probably have me on my way, repaired poles in hand, within an hour. 30 minutes later I had my poles back good as new! He even offered to teach me how to restring them in the event I needed to do it again. On top of some the best customer service I've ever experienced, he was great to chat with. If any of my gear ever needs work, I'll certainly be asking for him in the future.
